Decrease of HLA-A26, HLA-B8 and HLA-B35 carrier frequencies in advanced melanoma patients. The ratios between HLA carrier frequencies of stage IV patients and stage I-III patients are calculated to compare relative changes in carrier frequencies from data acquired in one center; all: mean ratio of all HLA-A and -B alleles with carrier frequencies >15%.
