CRABP1 was up-regulated specifically for an increased Aβ 42 /Aβ 40 ratio demonstrated by 2D-DIGE. Two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of CyDye-labeled proteins, extracted from SH-SY5Y cells. C99I45F and C99V50F were compared with C99WT. Differentially expressed proteins, evaluated by intensity of merged colors (Cy5, Cy3), were identified by mass spectrometry. Arrows indicate CRABP1.
